Make a hard dough of wheat flour add little soda and salt in it
Cook arhar daal In a cooker add salt and turmeric powder in it
Boil dhokli in water for some time
Mash daal nicely in the cooker
Now put dhokli in it and take 2 pressures
For tadka heat oil put cumin seeds in it and let it crackle
Add red chilli powder in it
Take daal dhokli In a bowl and pour tempering over it.garnish with chopped coriander leaves
