Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Arhar daal 11/2 cup


  • Wheatflour 1 cup


  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp


  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp


  • Green coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped


  • Oil 1 tbsp


  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Make a hard dough of wheat flour add little soda and salt in it
  • Cook arhar daal In a cooker add salt and turmeric powder in it
  • Boil dhokli in water for some time
  • Mash daal nicely in the cooker
  • Now put dhokli in it and take 2 pressures
  • For tadka heat oil put cumin seeds in it and let it crackle
  • Add red chilli powder in it
  • Take daal dhokli In a bowl and pour tempering over it.garnish with chopped coriander leaves
